Brunswick Police on scene at standoff with suspect in North Royalton murders

Authorities previously said the women died from gunshot wounds but after further investigation, one of the women died from a knife injury, the cause of death of the other two women is still unknown.

Police marksmen had their guns trained on the house in the darkness and SWAT officers and the Federal Bureau of Investigation surrounded the house in Valley Forge Drive, Brunswick.

The North Royalton Police Department identified two sisters as 18-year-old Kylie Pifer and 21-year-old Taylor Pifer.

They said the man inside may have information regarding a triple homicide in North Royalton. Taylor was a student at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, while Kylie attended Bowling Green University.
