Police found the remains of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, of Middletown, Pennsylvania, on the property owned by Dinardo.
DiNardo, whose family owns the sprawling farm property where authorities have focused their search, was jailed on Monday for an unrelated gun charge and released on the 10-percent cash option of a $1 million bail Tuesday.
The discovery of the remains marked a grim turning point in the arduous search for the missing men, which has gripped this picturesque county, one of the wealthiest in the state. A fourth young man, 19-year-old Jimi Tar Patrick, has been missing since last Wednesday.
Jimi Patrick, Tom Meo and Mark Sturgis still have yet to be found.
After four young men went missing in #Bucks County last week, a massive search was launched on a vast Solebury Township farm. Weintraub stated that DiNardo also attempted to sell Meo's 1996 Nissan Maxima for $500 the day after his disappearance.
A Facebook post seeking information early in the case said Meo is diabetic and was last seen around Routes 202 and 263 near Doylestown on Friday.
They named Dinardo, whose parents own the farm where the bodies were found, as a person of interest in the case.

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents sifted through mounds of dirt from a deep pit on the farm and police cadets combed vast cornfields nearby.
"We're going to see this investigation through to the end", Weintraub said.
Patrick graduated from Holy Ghost Preparatory School in 2016, where Dinardo was also a graduate in 2015, according to Bill Doherty, the school's director of communications.
Officials were able to identify the remains of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro.
During a Wednesday arraignment hearing in the auto theft case, First Assistant District Attorney Gregg Shore said Dinardo had a history of severe mental illness and had been committed to a mental health facility.
Police sources, on the other hand, claim that DiNardo has previously exhibited violent tendencies, and has not been cooperating with the investigation.
The men's disappearances have rankled the community, and about 100 residents and reporters gathered at a shopping mall a few miles from the property waiting for updates about them.
