"She had been out lost in the woods".

The student, who was stranded amongst thousands of acres of bushland, told authorities that she survived by drinking water from streams and eating wild mushrooms and berries.

The radiology student had lost 50 pounds and was covered in scratches and bug bites.

Told Sheriff Raymond Rodgers via WFSA, 'A woman saw something moving in the bushes as she was driving along the highway, and turned around'. As Sheriff Rogers said, "The bugs had really been on her, and she had a lot of scratch marks". "Words can not describe the happiness and relief we feel that she has been found and returned to us", said her sister, Elizabeth Theris. Theris was reported missing in mid-July and had last been seen in the Midway, Alabama area.

Until then a multi-county search had been ongoing since July 23.

Meanwhile, the two suspects who reportedly broke into the hunting cabin were captured.

The two men, Manley Davis, 31, and Randall Oswald, 36, were arrested almost two weeks after Lisa disappeared and were charged with stealing $40,000 (£31,100) worth of goods including four-wheel drive cars and chainsaws, according to Huffington Post.

Police say Lisa got lost in the American wilderness after running away from two men she was with. Sheriff Rodgers said they did not ask the young woman very many questions after her rescue, but focused instead on getting her the medical treatment she needed.

"It's a relief to all of us".

"Words can not describe the happiness and relief we feel that she has been found and returned to us", Elizabeth Theris said.

Baltimore named a potential host city for 2026 World Cup
Next month, a shortlist of cities that will be part of the bid will be announced, before the bid is submitted in March, 2018. With a capacity of less than 80,000, Nissan Stadium is not a candidate to host the opening match or the final.

"Her will to live was strong", he said.

As for new information, officials will only say the whole story hasn't come out.

"We don't have the total details on everything yet", Sgt Chad Faulkner told the station. "We want to make sure her health is good so we got her on to hospital. She's alive and that's all that matters at this moment".

So who is going to play her in the movie version of this?

Lisa told Garner not to leave her side after which she dialed 911. That's rough, being in the woods for a month.

On Monday, Theris was transported back to her home in Louisville, where she began to recover amid her loved ones.

Lisa's family is also overjoyed at her return. "My baby's alive", said Theris.

"I gave her a hug and said, 'You poor thing".

Luckily, according to her brother, Will, she is able to make jokes and get through the pain. 'There is not an inch of her that has not been affected.' .
