Hindustan Times - 4 Stars: Andy Muschietti directs one of the best Stephen King horror adaptations ever made - nearly as great as The Shining, Carrie, or The Mist. The story follows a group of adults who grew up in the same small ME town, called Derry, and their memories of a monster clown called Pennywise who killed people there when they were children.

Even though "It" has all the jumps and splatter horror fans crave, it's the movie's heart that leaves the longest impression. Stephen King has always been an insatiably popular author, and It remains one of his most iconic, best-loved novels within his expansive repertoire.

Though the upcoming adaptation of Stephen King's IT hasn't quite hit theaters yet, New Line is already making plans for a sequel.

While the Pops! version of any character is ordinarily cute and adorable, their latest version of Pennywise is downright scary.

Firefighters have released a spooky parody of a horror film - to encourage people to test their alarms. One boy in the club lost his beloved little brother to it. Others have had personal encounters with the creepy being. It stars Bill Skarsgard, Jaeden Lieberher, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs, Jack Dylan Graer, Nicholas Hamilton and Jackson Robert Scott. Lillis delivers an awesome performance, and I foresee her name becoming well known as her career continues. And I thought well, fine. OK. But Pennywise isn't JUST a freaky looking clown (as if that wasn't enough already) - he's a bad yet powerful force that feeds off of people's fear, and one who can't easily be defeated.

It Chapter 2 will need a whole new cast since the story will focus on the adult Losers.

"I thought it was a terrific idea", he said.

"Getting people scared before they go into the movie to be scared is everything that I hoped for when I came up with this idea", Davis said.

I give IT, the "Checky™ Seal of Approval!" Beverly, looking to bring the group back together, has sex with each of the boys, leading one of them to remember where they were going and escape. Only instead of a wisecracking dream invader with a fancy for ugly sweaters, we get the killer clown version of it.
