Tom Price flew a little too high, a little too often

As the controversy continues to swirl around Tom Price's use of private planes for travel, several Democratic lawmakers have called on the Department of Health and Human Services secretary to resign.

If ObamaCare repeal is dead for now, despite Trump's protests to the contrary, this would be a fine time for him to shed himself of Price's embarrassing private-jet shenanigans. Asked if Price's job was on the line, he replied: "We'll see".

Signed by committee's top Republican and Democrat, the requests demand information on political appointees' use of government planes for personal travel, as well as their use of private charters for official travel. The only problem is that he once said Trump "looks like he's got a squirrel sitting on his head".

The House Oversight and Government Reform committee is launching a wide-ranging examination of air travel by high-ranking Trump officials following reports about Price's trips. They included visits to a resort where he owns land and a lunch with his son.

A spokeswoman, Charmaine Yoest, said Price had once been delayed on a commercial flight and was forced to cancel a public event.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Tuesday that Price's trips weren't "White House-approved travel".

Ever since her famous debut performance in Bollywood film "Raess", Mahira has remained in the headlines for whatever she does. However, a source close to the Raees actress denies it and says she got the mark after a cyst surgery earlier this year.

On Wednesday, reporters asked Trump about Price's travels. I'm going to look at it.

HHS contracted the flight to Georgia to take Price to five states within four days, according to the article, costing more than $86,000.

Tesia D Williams, a spokeswoman for the HHS inspector general, told the BBC the agency is reviewing whether it was "potentially inappropriate travel".

When the story about HHS Secretary Tom Price's private-jet travel first broke, it appeared that this was a different kind of controversy because the Republican cabinet secretary's trips were strictly professional in nature.

As a USA lawmaker in 2009, Price chastised "the fiscal irresponsibility" of private plane use by government officials in an appearance on CNBC television that he also posted on Twitter.

Trump's remarks were the latest example of the White House distancing itself from Price's actions.
